Join us for our series of special guest chef appearances at JCB St Helena we call Chef Tuesdays. These highly acclaimed chefs will create unforgettable Tasting Menus paired with our finest and most exclusive wines from Napa and Burgundy.
Our May edition will feature Executive Chef Dustin Falcon of Niku Steakhouse, one of the few Michelin-starred steakhouses in the country. The menu will celebrate Northern California flavors with Japanese influences including local ingredients to create a modern steakhouse menu with an emphasis on foraged products and A5 wagyu.
