In this class for bread-baking newbies, you’ll start by learning all about flours, liquids, leaveners, and fats, discovering each ingredient’s vital role in the bread-making process.

Then it’s time for mixing, shaping, and baking!

Together with your classmates, you’ll prepare a variety of fresh-baked breads-including traditional loaves, flat bread, and rolls-that you’ll sample in class and take home to share with family and friends.
