Harvest In St Helena: Can’t Miss Wineries and Events

Categories: Wineries

One of the best times of year is arriving at our doorstep! Harvest in St. Helena and the Napa Valley.
This is the time when the fruits of our labor come to bear and there are many late nights out in the vineyards collecting the grapes that produce the wine that has put out region on the map.

When the season arrives, celebrate the harvest in St. Helena.

Trinchero Family Estates

3070 Saint Helena Hwy N
St. Helena, CA 94574

Trinchero Family Estates is famous for creating the world’s first white zinfandel, but this harvest you can enjoy one of their many varietals as you admire their impressive winery. The estate is massive, boasting 10,000 acres and more than 1,000 employees. However, the Trinchero family manages to still make the operation feel like a family run, down home business with their super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Enjoy their award-wining and newly renovated tasting room. From their verandas to the full glass tasting room you’ll look over row after row of vineyards changing their autumn leaves, it’s quite a spectacular scene and one of the most Instagrammed!

Beringer Vineyards

2000 Main Street
St. Helena, CA 94574

Beringer Vineyards embodies the timeless appeal and seductive flavor of the Napa Valley. As the region’s oldest continuously operating winery, Beringer is an American wine icon built on 140 years of winemaking tradition. Visitors are welcome to walk their expansive grounds featuring the Rhine House, a seventeen room mansion that is a classic example of ornate Victorian archi-tecture with many gables, turrets and ornaments. Enjoy its exquisite stained glass windows and historic architecture while tasting the Reserve and Single Vineyard wines that made Beringer the most awarded winery in Napa. A perfect stop mid-harvest as the winery is bustling with a full se-ries of events, special tastings and nestled amongst beautiful vineyards.

Salvestrin Winery

St. Helena, CA 94574

For the full Harvest experience, Salvestrin Winery is the place to be. This family-run working winery has a quaint B&B on the property, so you can wake up to watch the chill rising off the vines while you sip on a hot cup of morning coffee. Spend the day learning about the sustainable winemaking practices that this family follows in order to ensure that their 155 consecutive har-vests will go on to produce another 155 more — while sampling the goods, of course.
