Wine Spectator Greystone

High above the vineyards in St. Helena, the Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant features regionally explored casual cuisine imagined and created in their beautiful open kitchen. With ingredients from the CIA’s own farm and gardens and an updated dining room, the restaurant evokes a “modern farmhouse” appeal. During lunch, they pull their students into action by creating a research and learning experience for our students in their final semester of study.
