Since the early 1980s, the historic William Harrison Winery has been a beloved staple of the Rutherford appellation. After decades of dedicated care, founder Bill Harrison chose to pass the torch to “the kids” who grew up loving the estate just as much as he did. Brothers William “Eddie” Clark and Perry Clark of Amizetta Winery, alongside Laura Long of David Arthur Vineyards, spent their childhoods in Saint Helena, playing among the William Harrison vineyards and the river that runs behind it. When Bill was ready to retire, he knew exactly who he wanted to entrust with his legacy.
Renamed William Perry Winery in honor of the brothers’ grandfather, this next chapter is all about honoring the true heart of Rutherford. By focusing on small-production estate wines in a warm, intimate setting, we are thrilled to welcome you to this historic property and share the vision of the next generation of vintners.
