Saint Helena Winery uses a small crop of concentrated and intensely-flavored grapes grown on its 13-acre estate to produce a series of meticulously-crafted Cabernet Sauvignons, with small parcels dedicated to other Bordeaux varieties including Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.
