This cocktail, created by Giuseppe Gonzalez at the famed Brooklyn Clover Club, quickly turned into a classic. PRESS uses Templeton Rye Whisky as the base to compliment the bitterness of the amaro Di angostura, orgeat, and dash of lemon.
