About Katryana: Katryana “Kat” Zide was born in Los Angeles, CA. After moving to Saint Helena to attend the Culinary Institute of America and graduating, Kat decided to stay in the ever beautiful Napa region. After 10 years of working in the chocolate industry, Kat opened her wandering chocolate shop in 2022. She continues to thrive in testing out new flavor ideas and designs, and loves meeting the locals and visitors each week at the different Farmer’s Markets.
