Cook St. Helena features a selection of homemade pasta, fresh seafood, and locally sourced sides. This local favorite is a joint venture between two accomplished chefs, Jude Wilmoth and Ryder Zetts, who create exceptional Northern Italian dishes.  Chicken, seasonal risotto, and braised short rib find themselves at home on the menu alongside grilled yellowfin tuna and roast chicken with thyme jus. Each dish is meant to be shared at this family-style eatery.
