Clif Family Bruschetteria Food Truck and Executive Chef John McConnell provide a seasonal menu of bruschetta, farm fresh salads, seasonal side dishes and rotisserie chicken. A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, Chef John McConnell’s cooking career spans several noteworthy restaurants in food-centric cities including Hillstone Group, Campton Place and Terra Restaurant. Chef John brings his passion for local food sourcing and seasonal ingredients to Clif Family.
One of his signature dishes is succulent porchetta bruschetta. Sustainably farmed at Long and Bailey Farms in Manteca, California and stuffed with organic fennel and herbs from the Clif Family farm, it is the staff favorite. Although you may find the Bruschetteria truck traveling throughout the Napa Valley, you’re most likely to find it at home just off the back patio of the Tasting Room, Tuesdays through Sundays, 11:30AM – 4PM, and Wednesdays until 730PM.
