This class is 2 hours long in which you will learn to decorate the mold, form the shell, make a filling and fill the shells, close the bottom and turn your glorious creations out.

You will go home with a 24-piece box of chocolates that you have made yourself.

All classes include a chocolate tasting, tour, and a brief history of Chocolate.

Students may come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, wheat, & soy.
