In this class, you will formulate your own chocolate bars as well as buttons.

You will have an array of ingredients to choose from, including nuts, dried fruits, spices and other fun things such as pretzels, cereals and chips.

You will go home with 3 custom-formulated bars that you have made yourself.

All classes include a chocolate tasting, tour, and a brief history of Chocolate.
