Event Details

Founded in 2005 by South Korean entrepreneur Hi Sang Lee, DANA Estates crafts limited-production Cabernet Sauvignon from organically farmed vineyards in Rutherford and Howell Mountain.

Each wine reflects a philosophy of precision and restraint, shaped by the distinct character of its vineyard.

Renowned consultant Philippe Melka leads the winemaking alongside Maura Johnson, crafting single-vineyard Cabernet from Helms, Lotus and Hershey Vineyards, as well as a Sauvignon Blanc and a second wine blended from estate-grown fruit.

Melka’s continued excellence has earned DANA a devoted following and consistent critical acclaim.

The evening features a seven-course tasting menu by Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia, showcasing his signature blend of refined technique and deep-rooted heritage.

Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to pair with DANA Estates wines, offering a true celebration of flavor, season, and sense of place.
