Chef Bradley will teach guests the art of handmade pasta. The class begins with a welcome glass of sparkling wine, followed by a fun, interactive class and lunch.
Chef Bradley will take guests on a journey through the art of pasta making, teaching them how to roll out the perfect dough, shape filled pastas and cavatelli noodles, and elevate each dish with seasonal ingredients from the farm.
As an ode to his trial USA Bocuse d’Or pasta dish, Chef Bradley will demonstrate how to recreate the signature dish featured at PRESS restaurant.
Chef Evan Funke, renowned for his extraordinary pasta-making techniques, taught Chef Bradley the methods behind the caramelle shape that is now featured on the menu.
