The Neighborhood Table is proud to support the St. Helena Hospital Foundation’s Mobile Health team, a pioneering initiative in Napa County.

This innovative program delivers essential healthcare services directly to the most vulnerable populations in Napa Valley, including farmworkers, homebound residents, and others facing barriers such as cost, transportation, language, and technology.

In 2025, the Mobile Health team continued to make a powerful impact, distributing over 62,123 pounds of fresh produce to families in need.

They served more than 500 individuals monthly at key locations in Calistoga, St. Helena, and Napa, and hosted 35 community events that reached over 18,446 people, including 853 seniors.

By partnering with trusted local organizations such as Up Valley Family Center and Puertas Abiertas, they ensured care and resources reached those who needed it most.

Thanks to your support, the team also conducted 1,049 health assessments —measuring vital indicators such as blood pressure, A1c, and cholesterol—and provided more than 100 sports physicals for local high school students.

They administered nearly 2,000 vaccines, including 1,175 COVID-19 doses, 700 flu shots, and 77 RSV vaccines, helping safeguard public health across the county.
