Looking to meet new people over sauté pans and shared plates? Shared Table: Mise & Mingle is a lively, two-hour hands-on culinary experience at the CIA at Copia designed for singles who enjoy great food, engaging conversation, and building new connections.
In this interactive class, you’ll break the ice the most natural way possible—by cooking together.
Guided by CIA chef-instructors, participants work in rotating small teams to create a seasonal, chef-driven menu while learning essential culinary techniques along the way.
From knife skills and flavor balancing to plating and presentation, you’ll build confidence in the kitchen while naturally connecting with others who share your passion for food.
The evening is thoughtfully structured to encourage collaboration and conversation.
You’ll mix, chop, sauté, and taste side by side—then gather around a shared table to enjoy the dishes you’ve created together.
It’s a warm, social atmosphere where laughter flows easily and connections happen organically.
After class, keep the conversation going at The Grove at Copia, just steps away.
Enjoy a handcrafted cocktail, a glass of wine, or dessert as you continue getting to know your fellow classmates in a relaxed setting.
Come solo and leave with new skills, fresh inspiration, and a few new faces you’ll be glad you met.
