You’ll begin with grilled stone fruit paired with creamy burrata, a simple yet stunning appetizer that showcases how caramelization from the grill enhances natural sweetness.
Next, master the technique for perfectly searing flank steak, served with a vibrant Chimichurri bursting with fresh herbs and garlic.
To accompany the steak, you’ll prepare ratatouille-style grilled vegetables, layering smoky char with classic Provençal flavors.
