Under the expert guidance of a CIA chef instructor, you will:
- Practice essential kitchen skills such as mise en place, knife handling, and sanitation.
- Cook with indigenous ingredients and create specialties from across areas like Piemonte, Sicily, Emilia-Romagna, and more.
- Work with fresh Italian cheeses, prepare antipasti dishes, and learn to make handmade pizza dough.
- Explore the unique histories and culinary influences of each region.
- Learn to speak like a professional chef, using appropriate terminologies.
