Hatha Yoga Kaylee Hardin
Hatha yoga is a slow and deliberate practice that emphasizes holding poses to help the body find a balance between strength and softness, effort and surrender. It is designed to leave you with a sense of grounding and relaxation. Blocks and a strap are recommended.
