Edible Flower Gardening

Want to add some color and unique flavors to your dishes? Celebrate spring in your garden and kitchen and join specialty farmer Noël Lopreore to learn how to grow, harvest, and identify edible flowers in your garden AND integrate them into your cuisine. Much more than just lavender, this class will teach you about many unique flowers (and their flavors) and assist you in making your own planting plans for spring! A child of a chef and a sommelier and founder of a concierge organic gardening and small scale farming service, Lopreore has more than 15 years of farming and culinary gardening experience keeping bees, raising hens for eggs, and growing herbs, fruits, and vegetables.
