In this art of discovery camp, and in the spirit of backyard art, our campers will think “out of the frame, and out of the box” to construct art out of “the ordinary.”

With our eco-friendly focus we will delve into the world of master reclaimers, to sculpt, mesh, collage, construct, and create beauty from gathered goodies.

Students will have time to collect and reclaim objects of curiosity and environmental empathy. Artists from around the world have been embracing the idea of using everyday objects to make stunning pieces of art, and with this work as inspiration we will gather and recycle materials found in our community, to create master works of art!
