This class is designed for chocolate lovers ready to build real skill and confidence in working with chocolate.

You’ll learn how to properly temper chocolate, understand how it behaves, and create beautiful, professional-quality confections.

You’ll start by learning the basics of tempering, then get hands-on experience tempering chocolate and building your own custom chocolate bars.

You’ll then learn how to use cocoa butter to decorate molded bon bons and create crunchy hazelnut confections that are as fun to make as they are to eat.

By the end of the class, you’ll leave with a selection of your handmade chocolates and the skills to recreate them at home.
