Weddings and Special Events

A great wedding should have all the elements of an enduring marriage. Thoughtfulness. Commitment. Honesty. Beauty. And of course romance. In helping you plan for your wedding here in the heart of the Napa Valley, we hope that we can also bring some of those elements to life as we work with you on this happy occasion.

Thoughtfulness is first of all the recognition that a wedding or any event celebrating a special life moment is a deeply personal. And we promise to keep it so. Yes, planning events is our business, but it’s our passion as well. It’s what brings us joy.

Commitment, as you know, means being present every day. Treating the small details with as much care as the big ones. Will the flowers be fresh, will your great-grandmother be able to get around, can we quickly set a place at the table for that dear friend or distant cousin who shows up unexpectedly? If it matters to you, we’ll make it happen.

Honesty, we’d like to think, pervades everything we do in this valley. St. Helena is a small town and we look after each other. We’ll do the same for you. By being ethical and attentive in the things you ask of us, but also in things you may not think of. It’s what you do for someone you care about. The locales you choose for your wedding and reception will also exude an honesty of pride and craft; this is not a place that lives on the surface. We want you to be proud of this day, above all others. Your food and libations will be the finest, as will be the people who attend your family and guests.

Beauty abounds in this valley. If you rise early on the morning of your wedding, you may see the valley still cloaked in her peignoir of mist, fresh from night. It’s a beautiful time to reflect and rejoice. And whenever the time of your ceremony, whether in sun or under stars, it will beautiful. Our broad meadows and forested hills will be in attendance, too, bestowing Nature’s blessings on you both.

We hope the event will be all you ever dreamed of, and a beloved memory for years to come. That it will be full of light and love and laughter. That the toasts will be many and all tears, for joy. We have the great joy and high honor of helping to make it happen and the redoubled joy of having couples return year after year to the valley where they were wed. It never fails to move us. Life has some much to give.

So, from our family to yours, we wish you all the best.
