Event Description:
Pintxos (peen-sho) are the Basque equivalent of tapas. Chef Todd Humphries and his good friend Chef Gerald Hirigoyen will be cooking and serving recipes from Gerald's new book Pintoxos ~ Small Plates in the Basque Tradition. Chef Gerald is chef/owner of both Bocadillos & Piperade restaurants in SF. See you in the Cellar Bar Tues. Nov. 3 from 5-7. $30 / pp for a generous selection of small plates and a glass of 'Sangre de Garnatxa' wine.
