Want to Sponsor An Event?
There are events throughout the year that the Chamber seeks
sponsorships for. They are designed to attract sponsors of all kinds ranging
from as little as $100 for a sponsorship at the Musical Picnics in Lyman Park to
$1700 for Sponsorship at our Annual Dinner.
The St. Helena Chamber is also pleased to announce our
Premium Partnership Program which entitles businesses to receive year long
sponsorship through event sponsorships, tickets and publications. Premium
Partnership Sponsorships range from $1,000 - $10,000.

Annual Dinner 2008
Saturday, February 9, 2008 from 6-9pm
Hosted by Rubicon Estates Winery, this extremely popular local event serves
as the Chamber’s annual general membership meeting and features the
installation of the incoming Chamber officers and board of directors for the
year 2008. Also, the Chamber, and presents awards to the business of the
year and employee of the year.

Centerpiece of Attention Sponsor: Covers
costs of centerpieces for tables at the event. Includes 2 event
tickets and mention in program and by the Master of Ceremonies $500.

EXPRESS Sponsor: Covers cost of all event related postage.
Includes 2 event tickets and mention in program and by MC $500

Party Hearty Sponsor: Includes 4 seats to dinner and Sponsor recognition in program, in First Thursday, on website and by the Master of Ceremonies $850.

RSVP VIP: Includes two 2 seats and mention in program, by MC at event, in First Thursday and by MC. $450.
St. Helena Chamber Golf Tournament 2008
Thursday, April 27
Held at Vintner’s Golf Club, Yountville, this tournament raises funds for
the Chamber’s scholarship programs. The focus is on fun and is open to all
levels of golfers. Day includes box lunch, full dinner with beer & wine,
live auction and raffle. Shotgun start at 12 p.m.
Musical Picnics in Lyman Park 2008

Summer 2008 6:00-8:00 pm
Pack up the picnic and the Chardonnay! Each
summer, the Chamber presents a series of free concerts in Lyman Park. This
popular community event captures the charm that is St. Helena. Bring your
picnic basket and blanket, but get to Lyman Park early. This popular concert
series packs the crowds in.

Citizen of the Year Dinner
August 9, 2008
Hosted by Trinchero Family Estates, this event honors an individual who has
made significant contributions to the community and honors the firefighter
and police officer of the year. The evening features a gourmet dinner with
wine accompanied by music, tributes and special speakers. Get your tickets
early as the dinner usually sells out.

Premium Partnership Program
You can become a member of the Premier Partners Program for
investments ranging from $1,000-$10,000. Your investment is not just a check
you write to the Chamber. It is the total of what you plan to commit to the
Chamber over the year in event sponsorships, tickets to events, and
programs, your membership dues (for most levels), and advertising
opportunities the Chamber offers. While you may participate in these
opportunities as they come up, by deciding ahead of time and planning out
your Chamber investment to match your own marketing goals, you can be a
member of the Premier Partners Program and receive more benefits for your
money.

an eye to marketing your business to your potential customers and clients.
