Members of the St. Helena Chamber of Commerce are encouraged to participate on any of the following committees.
Community Enhancement Committee
Purpose: to oversee the Chamber’s events and activities benefiting the community at large.
Time Commitment: 1-2 hours/month

Economic Improvement Committee
Purpose: oversee activities aimed at benefiting St. Helena’s economy
Time Commitment: 1-2 hours/month

Government Relations Committee
Purpose: oversee activities relating to the Chamber’s government relationships and public issues.
The Committee oversees and assists with the following events and activities: Vision/ informational forums, Breakfast with the Electeds series, county meetings, and election forums.
Time Commitment: 1-2 hours/month
Meeting Time and Place: 1st Thursday of every month, 8:00 am NVC, UVC

Membership
Purpose: responsible for all issues and items relating to the activities aimed at benefiting the Chamber membership.
The Committee oversees and assists with the following events and activities: Premium Partnership Program, Membership recruitment & retention: Member Orientation, Ambassadors, the Annual Dinner, the Golf Tournament, and twelve Mixers per year.
Time Commitment: 1-2 hours/month

Ambassadors
Purpose: Ambassadors are the Chamber’s PR arm. Chamber Ambassadors meet monthly and are expected to make new members feel welcome at mixers, as well as represent the Chamber at ribbon cuttings & other events as needed. . Estimated Time Commitment: regular 1-hour monthly meetings, plus mixers, ribbon cuttings & some special events.
Time Commitment: 4-5 hours/month
Meeting Time and Place: 3rd Wednesday of every month,4:20 pm at the Chamber
