Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen combines the character of a classy supper club with the flair of a speakeasy to create the perfect upscale eatery and neighborhood hang-out. Cocktails are some of the best in the valley - sit at the bar and sip a Mojito Monte made with the freshest ingredients. The menu is from the heart, an exciting, eclectic collection of dishes that capture the essence of Cindy Pawlcyn cuisine, with favorites from the Backstreet Fry and Stuffed Piquillo Peppers, to the Chinatown Duck Burger and Mighty Meatloaf. For dessert, try Cindy’s Campfire Pie or Warm Pineapple Upside Down Cake.
