Event Description: TASTE OF CIA COOKBOOKS When it comes to cooking, we wrote the book—and then some! Our wide variety of cookbooks cover just about every culinary niche, from brunch and breads to butchery and braising. In these 5-hour hands-on classes, you'll chop and cook and bake from our pages and then take the book home to do it all again in your own kitchen. Maximum enrollment: 14 people per class Pricing: $250.00 per person Cooking at Home In search of delicious recipes that offer everyday ease in the kitchen? If you’re new to cooking or are interested in building your culinary skills, this is the class for you. From menu planning to selecting ingredients to kitchen organization, you’ll learn all the fundamental techniques needed to breeze through any meal preparation with speed and confidence. Chef demonstrations will guide you through a variety of cooking methods as you create simple everyday meals. You don’t want to miss this flavor-packed class! Participants of this class will receive a copy of Cooking at Home with The Culinary Institute of America, along with a CIA logo apron to take home with you.
Directions:
The CIA is approximately 1/4 mile north of the town of St. Helena on the left, 1 1/2 – 2 hours north of San Francisco in the heart of the Napa Valley.
