Hand crafted from single source, estate chocolate, Greystone Chocolates are an elegant reflection of the art and science of fine chocolate making. Our premium chocolates are created under the direction of CIA Greystone’s distinguished baking faculty in the new Chocolate Laboratory under ideal confectionary conditions. The first chocolates to be introduced are part of the “Origins” line, named to designate unique cocoa growing terroirs and the extraordinary flavors these terroirs bring to the finished chocolates. We’ve also recently introduced a line of contemporary chocolates with a kaleidoscope of designs and flavors. Open daily 10:00am to 6:00pm.
