One Main Cigar Dinner Series – Cohiba Cigars with Sean Williams and Duckhorn Vineyards

In honor of Women’s History Month, we’ll be featuring wines from Duckhorn Vineyards by winemaker Renée Ary, who will guide you through a tasting of Duckhorn’s vintages. CIA Alumni Takeover – Chef Dara Yu ’21

Dara Yu is a 22-year-old LA native with an impressive resume. A runner-up on MasterChef Junior at age 12 and, more recently, the youngest-ever winner of MasterChef season 12, she takes inspiration from memories of cooking with her Chinese New Zealander grandmother and now thrives in California’s diverse food culture. We welcome Dara (actually, welcome her back…she was a member of the CIA marketing team!) to show us all she’s learned as a guest chef at The Grove at CIA at Copia!
